The Story

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away…

Or Glendale, CA, to be more exact. A young 13-year-old aspiring filmmaker gathered a group of his friends over the course of their summer break and made a feature film. They rented a local theater, charged $5 for admission, and screened their film to a sold-out audience. Then, they did the same thing the following summer. And the next. And the next… Flash forward to thirteen years later.

Cinemaloyan, founded by filmmaker Michael Aloyan, is the award-winning production company behind numerous films, commercials, and music videos. Our projects have been associated with the Sundance Institute, Division Films, the Black List, Fox Television Studios, and many others.
